Items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

*Free Standard Shipping - USPS First Class Mail applies only to orders placed through this website.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Expedited Services, if selected. If your shipping address requires the use of a PO Box, please be sure to select Standard Shipping.

For orders outside the US, the recipient is responsible for all additional import fees such as customs fees, duties and taxes upon arrival to their country.

Fees for Address Corrections, Refused or Returned Deliveries due to incorrect information provided (including transposed numbers and missing information) are the responsibility of the customer. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

All orders shipped to North Carolina are subject to sales tax.

Sonin Online Store Return Policy

Items purchased from our Sonin Online Store may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proper authorization. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Sonin Inc. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returned items must be NEW and in original packaging with all accessories. Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded, unless it is an error on our part. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommend that you insure your return shipment and return it in such a way as to be able to track it. Please call 1-800-223-7511 for more information.

Sonin Wholesaler/Distributor/Retailer Return Policy

Returns are accepted on defective product only. An RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) must be issued by Sonin Customer Service in Charlotte, NC at which time disposition of goods will be advised. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are accepted for replacement or credit only, not for refund. Credits must be used within one year of issue otherwise it will be deemed forfeited. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
